In this case, we will easily create pattern data using the handheld 3D scanner "Peel 3" and the flat patterning software "ExactFlat." Previously, there were numerous steps involved, including manual measurements, pattern creation, modifications, and data conversion. All of these steps can be eliminated. First, we will create the model we want to unfold using the user-friendly handheld 3D scanner "Peel 3." After that, we will use the unfolding software "ExactFlat." ExactFlat allows for adjustments based on the stretch ratio and thickness of the material on the data before unfolding. This improves quality consistency and work efficiency.
